EaseCare Card is valid at EaseCare Centers Network only. Visit www.easecure.in to view the EaseCare Center Network

Cardholders are requested to present the card details at the EaseCare Center to avail the benefits.

Patient discount is applicable only after 3 days from the date of card issue.

Offers in the card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.

Company reserves the right to amend the privileges as well as terms and conditions of this Card at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

The offers applicable to this Card are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The card is not transferable or exchangeable; fee shall not be refunded once collected, even on cancellation.

Any dispute arising out of the use of the card shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Legal issues, if any, will be dealt under Lucknow jurisdiction only.
